Thank you for visiting us. Our "Upward Sports" programs are currently designed for boys & girls, ages 4 to 14. (Adult opportunities would be next in line.) NO experience is necessary to participate.
In Upward Sports, "EVERY child is a winner!" Our league structure & purpose help to create an environment where children can learn fundamentals of sports, and actually have fun doing it! We are parent-friendly (only one practice a week); coach-friendly (training is provided); and of course, kid-friendly (every child plays at least half of every game).
